Vasara is the most popular time to visit Kildare. Over June, July and August, the number of visitors increases, as people arrive from overseas to travel while the weather is warmer. With the forests and countryside lush and full of life, and the landscape in full bloom, summer is the perfect time to enjoy boat trips down the canal, go hiking and laze away an afternoon in a beer garden.
If you would prefer to enjoy sunny days, but with fewer crowds, the best time to go to Kildare is in pavasaris. From March to May the weather is getting warmer – but the crowds have thinned out. Explore the outdoors bustling with colour and life with mild days and plenty of fresh air.
